You may browse, download pages for personal reference and print a listing for your own records. Reviews may use a single image per item with a credit and a link back. Anything beyond that — catalogue re-use, resale of images, wholesale copying of text — needs our written permission first.
Brand names and logos belonging to other companies appear on this site only where a product is compatible with them or where a payment method is named. Their presence does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.
If you believe material on this site infringes a right you hold, write to our contact address with the page or image, the right you claim and evidence of ownership. Well-founded notices are actioned promptly, usually by removing or replacing the item while we investigate.
Reviews you write remain yours; by sending one you allow us to show it on the site and in our own promotion. Editing is limited to trimming length and removing anything abusive or unlawful — the opinion itself is left as you wrote it.
Images you send us in support of a return or a sizing question stay in that conversation. We will ask separately, and in writing, before using any customer photograph on the site or on social media.
Tell us where the material is, what it is, and why you say it is yours. A link is more useful than a screenshot, because it tells us exactly which version you are looking at.
Notices are reviewed by a person within a couple of business days. If a notice turns out to be mistaken we restore the material and explain why.
Saving or printing a page for yourself is fine. That permission covers you reading and comparing, not republishing or running the content through a translation service to build another listing.

Product photographs are taken in our own space, of the stock we hold, and edited only for exposure and crop. We do not licence catalogue images, and we do not use a manufacturer's shot as though it showed our own stock.
The copy on this site is original and specific to what we measured, which is why it does not read like the paragraphs that circulate between shops. A passage that clearly matches ours elsewhere is worth reporting to our contact address.
