The four things that tend to worry people about an unfamiliar shop, answered in order.
Card details are entered on our payment provider's own secure interface, so your number never passes through this site and we cannot store it. That keeps your details off our servers entirely and means no one here can look up a card number, even if asked.
We collect only what an order needs and never sell information on. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep for accounting, by writing to the address in the footer.
Tell us and we will fix it: refund, replacement or carrier enquiry, depending on what went wrong. Send a photograph and an order number and you will get a refund, a replacement or a courier investigation started — whichever the situation calls for.
There is one newsletter and it goes only to people who opted in, with a one-click unsubscribe. Transactional email about your own order is separate and will continue, because you need it.
Take something you already own that fits the way you want, lay it flat, and measure it the same way the listing measures its chart. Compare the two numbers rather than the size labels, because a medium from one maker is routinely a large from another.
The composition and the care line tell you how something will behave after a few washes: whether it will hold its shape, whether it needs a cool iron, whether it should not go near a tumble dryer at all. We put that on the page because it is the part customers ask about afterwards.
A size that does not work is a straightforward return: thirty days from delivery, unworn with tags on, refunded to the card or account that paid. Fit is not something either of us can judge through a screen, so a wrong size is treated as a normal return rather than a mistake you have to justify.
Damage in transit is our problem to solve, not yours to prove. You choose between a replacement and a refund that includes any shipping you paid, and we do not ask you to keep packaging you have already thrown away.
We keep what a delivery needs — name, address, email, contact number — and the order history for accounting. Card details go to the payment provider rather than to us, and we do not sell information to anyone.
Use the footer address for anything to do with your details. Requests for a copy, a correction or a deletion are answered within a week, and you never have to explain the situation twice to a different person.
